Structure
 

diaphragm compressor consist of compression system , membrane system, hydraulic lubrication system.

Continuously reciprocating piston movement drive the hydraulic oil ,thus which push metallic diaphragm
  set to compress the Gaseous in the cylinder of compressor. Membrane compressor consist of compression
 system and hydraulic lubrication system , also the 2 systems be completely separated by a set of metal
diaphragm plates base on the static seal.
